Every early user who purchases compute contributed to our moat. The airdrop program rewards them.

Ungameable — you have to spend real money on compute to earn points. BYOC users earn points at 50% of the credit-equivalent rate (tokens consumed ÷ 1,000 = equivalent credits × 0.5) — they skip platform credit pricing, so full parity would penalize credit buyers. After Year 2, undistributed tokens roll to treasury via governance vote.
Key Design Decisions
- No VC allocation. Community-first distribution.
- 55% community. Largest community allocation via pump.fun liquidity pool.
- 10% airdrop. Rewards early adopters who built the platform's moat through compute purchases.
- Team vest with no cliff. Linear unlock over 12 months — continuous alignment, no cliff dump.
- Treasury is re-lockable. Team can extend the lock to signal confidence when runway allows.
